BBC TV's Caribbean Food Made Easy star and creator of Reggae Reggae Sauce, Levi Roots stars in a special new show which combines his talents as an inspirational speaker, chef and, first and foremost, marks a return to his first love as a reggae artiste to celebrate the release of his new album Red Hot. The show will feature Levi in concert as well as in his role as raconteur and chef with a live cookery demonstration.

Jamaican-born, Levi started recording and performing reggae in the 1970's, first as part of a band, with his brothers, and then later on as a solo artist, setting up several record labels. In 1998 he was nominated for Best Reggae Performer at the MOBO awards.

Throughout this time his interest in Caribbean cuisine never waned. In the early 1990's he perfected the sauce that was used on the annual food stand that he and his family ran at the Notting Hill Carnival. It was through successfully getting financial backing during an appearance on BBC TV's The Dragon's Den that he was able to take the country by storm with the Reggae Reggae Sauce brand.
